All The Thrill Of The Trilby

Yesterday we were shooting the William Hunt Trilby Tour golf tournament.
The Trilby Tour offers amateur golfers across the UK the opportunity to compete in a major televised event. Yesterday it visited the KP Club in East Yorkshire and we went along to cover all of the action.
It gave us the chance to catch up with our old friend, top Savile Row fashion designer William Hunt who created the Trilby Tour to promote his GolfSexy clothing range. We first met William around 11 years ago and we went on to make promo films of his fashion shows at the Old Vic and Criterion theatres and the opening of his Savile Row boutique.
Among the players at the event were several legendary ex-Leeds United players including Norman ‘bite yer legs’ Hunter, Eddie Grey and Trevor Cherry as well as current Leeds manager Simon Grayson.
The Trilby Tour will be shown on Sky Sports in the Autumn and the footage we shot will be included in the programme as well as a separate promo film which we will post as soon as possible. In the meantime, please enjoy the film we made over 10 years ago now at William’s Old Vic show, above.
