The seafood resource DVD we’re making is now complete.
The DVD has everything you ever need to know about everyone’s favourite bivalve mollusc – the scallop. There’s modules on scallop harvesting, processing and cooking, with some tip top chefs sharing their favourite recipes.
The films have been created for the Food Standards Agency in Scotland and the Seafish Industry Authority and will be distributed throughout the UK to anyone who has dealings with scallops, such as processors, distributors and chefs.
You can view one of the recipes above, try it out if you like. All the crew from the shoot can vouch that it’s delish.
