Classlane filming on location

We’ve been getting our gastro-heads on this week.

It’s away to posh, Michelin starred restaurants over the next couple of weeks to film their chefs favourite scallop recipes for Seafish. We started yesterday at the super luxurious Winteringham Fields in Lincolnshire where chef patron Colin McGurran showed his two best fishy dishes, which were then comprehensively demolished by the salivating crew.

The shooting moves on to Yorkshire this week at the Pipe and Glass in South Dalton, Artisan in Hessle and Green’s of Whitby. Yum, yum.

And the other day we interviewed top food critic Jay Rayner while on a visit to Hull College to judge a young chef competition. You may recognise Jay (who’s a big fan of the culinary delights of East Yorkshire) from his regular appearances on Masterchef and the One Show.

The footage is similar to the one we shot for Nestle a couple of years back, see the related video above.

Testimonials

The creative ideas and approach delivered by the team at Classlane were hugely refreshing. They challenged us on our previous thoughts of what a DVD could do, inspiring us to create something unique and special for the area.
