Och aye! We've a crew filming in Scotland this week.
We’re making a series of training films about fish smoking, firstly at the renowned seafood company Loch Fyne Seafood’s headquarters in Argyllshire and then later in the week at Pinneys of Scotland in Annan, where they smoke their fish in barrels. Is the pun working for you now…? Loch, (tape) stock and two smoking barrels. We don’t just throw this rubbish together you know!
